Our Parents

Working closely with our families is central to our approach

In order to secure a “quality education and experience for all", our Trust and its schools are committed to working closely with parents/carers. Only by working together can we achieve the best possible outcomes for all our students and be at the heart of the communities we serve.

We work with parents/carers  in a number of ways, including parent governors being on all our Local Governing Bodies, parents' evenings, parent forums, regular newsletters, use of online technology (such as Edulink), and use of social media . Two of our Trust schools have already achieved the prestigious Leading Parent Partnership Award, however we are always looking at ways to improve our home school communication, and all our schools have ambitious plans to take this forward. A significant recent development for our schools is starting to run parent/carer workshops, covering school-related issues such as exam preparation and key stage transition.
