Section 10 Consultation for The Wolsey Park School
Zenith Trust has been selected to operate a new specialist SEND school, across two sites in Rayleigh and South Woodham Ferrers. This school will be for children and young people with severe learning difficulties, or profound and multiple learning difficulties.
Essex County Council identified a need for additional specialist school places in the south of the county, and under section 10 of the Academies Act 2010, and as the selected trust, Zenith now has a statutory duty to consult on whether it should enter into a funding agreement with the DfE for this new school.
